Delete your Shapedeep account

You can delete your Shapedeep account directly in the app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion and reauthenticate if requested.

If you no longer have access to the app, send an external deletion request to privacy@shapedeep.com.

Use the subject: Shapedeep – Account deletion

Include only:

• the email address used to register the account;
• a clear request to delete the account and associated data.

Never send your password, a reset code, or an authentication token.

To prevent unauthorised deletion, we may verify your identity through a secure confirmation process.

Deletion removes in particular the Authentication account, private profile, learning progress, public social profile, follow relations, feedback, error reports, feature requests, and account-linked rate-limit data. Legally required records, security logs, and provider backups may remain for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
